This document is the second deliverable from the WP8 of ITSERR (D8.1.2) and describes the operational functioning of uBIQUity, intended as a software that runs the algorithms described in D8.1.1 (first deliverable). Originally, this software was intended to be provided on two twin websites (one for the texts of Christianity, the other for the sources of Islam) hosted on a shared platform, but in the course of the work on uBIQUity, the scientific need emerged to create a single software with the three languages included in the project: Ancient Greek, Latin and Arabic. More specifically, this whitepaper focuses on User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design and shows the types of operations that researchers can perform on the above-mentioned corpora according to their scientific needs. It underlines the efforts of the uBIQUity transdisciplinary team in providing new ways of visualizing, exploring, and producing knowledge according to different cognitive styles.
