Abstract

除細動機能付き植込み型心臓電気デバイス（cardiac implantable electronic devices with defibrillator：CIEDs-D）患者は公安委員会へ医師の診断書を提出し，適性検査の承認を受けることで，限定的に自動車運転が可能となる．これらの行為は自己申告制のため，届け出を怠るケースがあるにも関わらず，認知度調査がなされていない．当院における自動車運転制限に対する認知度把握のために，アンケート調査を実施した．当院通院中で同意書の取れた対象患者339名のうち運転免許保有者は227名で，71名（31％）が公安委員会への自己申告を怠っていた．中でも50歳以上が7割を占める結果であった．本研究から，CEIDs-D患者の自動車運転への関心の低さがうかがえる結果となった．自動車運転制限に対する認知度を上げるため，より慎重な周知方法が必要であり，特に中高年に対する内容説明には十分に注意が必要である．
