Psoriasis, a chronic, immune-mediated inflammatory skin disorder that is prone to recurrence, is characterized by erythematous and scaly plaques. Patients seek alternative methods because conventional current treatments frequently provide short-term relief with possible negative effects. Ayurveda provides a promising treatment framework with its customized and holistic principles. A middle-aged female patient (36 years old) with traditional psoriatic lesions on the dorsal side of both hands, knuckles, and fingers bilaterally is the subject of this investigation. Aam and Manda-Agni were found during the clinical evaluation, indicating poor digestion and toxin buildup. There were two phases to the treatment strategy. Phase one: Using Triphala Guggulu and Avipattikar Churna for Agni- Deepana and Aam-Pachana . Stage two: Topical application of Chakramard Churna paste and disease-specific treatment using Agnitundi Vati and Chakramard Churna . After therapy, within 10 days, there was a noticeable improvement, with the itching, soreness, and discharge completely gone. No recurrence was noted throughout the 90-day follow-up, and the psoriatic plaques had fully healed by 30 days. Throughout the course of treatment, no side effects were noted. This study shows that chronic psoriasis can be successfully managed with no negative side effects with a tailored Ayurvedic regimen that starts with metabolic correction and progresses to disease-specific therapy. The findings support the need for larger clinical trials to further validate these outcomes.
