Part VI of the 9D-USTE (Nine-Dimensional Universal Unified Evolution Theory of Entropic Topology) series. This work extends the Standard Model of particle physics via 9D topological projection rules and predicts four classes of beyond-Standard-Model particles: topological dark matter at 1.7 TeV, causal gauge bosons at 18.5 TeV, a topological Higgs triplet, and frustration fermions at 1.1 TeV. All predictions are parameter-free, relying on CMB-measured dimensional compactness τ = 0.236 and topological frustration K* = 0.618. A discrete Z5 topological symmetry (analogous to quasicrystal symmetry) ensures dark matter stability. The TeV mass scale naturally arises from a 9D topological winding number of 35, resolving the hierarchy problem. Frustration fermions feature displaced vertices of 1.5–3.0 mm and evade standard LHC prompt triggers. All predictions are fully falsifiable at HL-LHC, future colliders, dark matter detectors, and cosmic-ray observatories.
