Roadside vehicle breakdowns, fuel shortages, and battery failures are common issues that can leave drivers stranded and unable to quickly find nearby assistance. Traditional roadside support methods often rely on manual searches or phone calls, which are time-consuming and inefficient. To address this problem, this paper presents FuelNFix, a web-based roadside assistance platform designed to provide quick and reliable emergency support. The system connects vehicle users with nearby service providers and allows them to request services such as mechanic assistance, fuel delivery, battery replacement, towing, and electric vehicle support through an intuitive interface. FuelNFix utilizes location-based services and mapping technologies to detect the user’s location and identify the nearest providers using distance calculation and routing algorithms. The platform also integrates secure authentication, PIN-based service verification, automated billing, digital payment processing, and a feedback system to ensure transparency and service quality. The implementation demonstrates that FuelNFix improves response time, enhances service accessibility, and provides a scalable and efficient solution for modern roadside assistance.
