The result is universal: any theory with brane tension T (φ) ∝ φ^ (-1/2) (Sen tachyon) and DBI kinetic structure produces identical coupling under Gauss-Codazzi projection. This explains why 4D and 5D formulations converge to the same result, not by dimensional coincidence but by underlying principle.
