This report documents the iterative empirical evaluation of the Cohesion Canon’s Φ operator acrossmultiple dynamical systems. Three versions of the operator are tested: v2.0 (ratio-based), v3.0(geometric mean of Balance, Affinity Stability, Continuance), and v3.2 (temporal affinity stability). The evaluation identifies a systematic weakness in spatial affinity stability for wave systems andcorrects it. Key results: the quantized vortex (System 7) achieves 96.4% near unity under v3.0–v3.2; the NLS soliton core achieves Φ = 0.957 under v3.2. All results are reported honestly, including failures. The framework is unverified by physical experiment and all conclusions areprovisional.
