Fifth paper in the Artosphere series. Complete derivation program for all 28 SM parameters from Cl (6) and VArt. Of 28 parameters: 12 fully derived (D), 14 semi-derived with zero free parameters (S), 2 empirical (E). Central discovery: lepton-quark asymmetry from Fock positions in Cl (6) spinor — leptons (singlet) follow Casimir quadratic, quarks (triplet) follow Fibonacci ladder with gaps = Ngen, dim (spacetime). New derivations: Weinberg angle via Fermat descent, lepton masses from VArt curvature, CKM from Q (sqrt5) arithmetic (CP violation = Galois irrationality), alphaₛ non-renormalization theorem, gauge group + 3 generations from Cl (9, 1). Seven verification scripts (88/90 tests). Mean deviation 0. 58%. JUNO and DESI confirmations included.
