The topic of corporate social responsibility has gained increasing relevance in contemporary discussions and is becoming an increasingly important factor in the evaluation of organizations. Accordingly, the main objective of this study was to analyze whether a company in the cosmetics sector adopts social responsibility practices and how these practices are incorporated into its product development process, contributing to improved product quality. To address this objective, a case study was conducted with the Brazilian company KHOR COSMETICS. The results obtained through a semi-structured interview and the analysis of internal documentation indicate that the company effectively adopts social responsibility practices. It was found that these practices add value to customer relations and directly influence the company´s production processes, contributing to an improvement in the quality of the products offered.
