This study empirically examines the role of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) practices in driving inclusive growth through Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) in the context of Viksit Bharat Vision 2047.Using primary data collected from employees across public and private sector organizations in India, the study analyzes the relationships between workforce diversity, equity-oriented HR policies, inclusion, and inclusive growth outcomes. Statistical analysis using SPSS techniques such as reliability analysis, correlation, and regression confirms that DEI dimensions significantly influence strategic HRM effectiveness, which in turn enhances inclusive growth indicators such as workforce participation, engagement, and perceived social equity. The findings provide evidence-based insights for HR managers and policymakers to strengthen inclusive workforce strategies aligned with India’s long-term development vision.
