AbstractThis paper completes the causal triad of the Time-Density Invari-ant theory. Building upon the rotational gradients derived in DOI:10.5281/zenodo.19444321 and the nutational dynamics established inDOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19461757, we here demonstrate that the life cy-cle of a pulsar is governed by a pure geometric-mechanical equilibrium.By discarding the traditional "rigid crust" model in favor of a fluidicspacetime-carcass, we resolve the braking index anomaly (n < 3) andprovide a coherent explanation for extreme radio luminosities throughwave-phase synchronization. Finally, we establish the "Observer Hori-zon" through gravitational redshift profiles and define explicit falsifi-cation criteria, anchoring the theory in the domain of testable physics.
