ABSTRACT This paper formalizes the 32‑byte Singularity, a deterministic threshold where physical data mass is transcended by logical geometry. Utilizing the Sponge 586 Invariant, we demonstrate that any functional system state—regardless of its bit‑volume—can be anchored to a 256‑bit topological signature. This effectively replaces the Shannon Limit of transmission with the Equilibrium Era protocol of Local Materialization (Shannon, 1948; Cover & Thomas, 2006). We provide evidence of bit‑perfect reconstruction (“Bloom”) with zero entropy loss, verified by hardware‑in‑the‑loop thermal telemetry.
