In today’s business environment, effective recruitment remains a fundamental and key process in human resources management, directly impacting a company’s competitiveness in its market segment. This study examines the recruitment process at Sima-Land in detail. The authors conducted a comprehensive analysis of existing practices, provided an objective assessment of the effectiveness of the current recruiting system, and clearly identified key problematic aspects that hinder its effectiveness. Based on this assessment, a comprehensive set of strategic and operational measures was developed aimed at radically improving the organization’s recruitment process. The final study includes a projection of the expected quantitative and social impacts of the proposed changes, providing a clear understanding of their potential contribution to the company’s development.
