Soaalak: Intelligent Q&A Platform for Syrian Students : This project presents Soaalak, an intelligent Q&A platform designed to support Syrian students by providing a centralized environment for academic knowledge sharing across universities. The platform enables users to post major-specific questions, receive peer-generated answers, and evaluate contributions through a community voting system, supported by a points and leaderboard mechanism to encourage engagement. The system is built using Django, React, and PostgreSQL to ensure scalability and performance, targeting a large user base. It incorporates AI-based moderation techniques, including suggesting similar existing questions before submission to reduce redundancy, and detecting AI-generated answers to preserve authenticity and academic integrity. By combining community-driven evaluation, AI moderation, and real-world incentives such as certificates and internships, Soaalak aims to enhance content quality, foster collaboration, and provide a sustainable digital learning ecosystem for students.
