ABSTRACT The integration of Mini‐LED modules within MLCD hybrid displays introduces fundamental challenges in achieving angular color consistency due to mismatched emission profiles between the heterogeneous display technologies. While previous solutions employed light‐shielding films with micro‐louver structures to compress the LED viewing angle, these external compensation methods offered limited wavelength selectivity and introduced optical losses. This work presents a monolithically integrated Distributed Bragg Reflector (DBR) solution that enables wavelength‐specific control of angular emission at the chip level. Through customized DBR architectures for AlGaInP red and GaN blue/green chips, we achieve precise far‐field distribution matching with LCD characteristics across the entire visible spectrum.
