Based on the single axiom of total spacetime velocity conservation, this paper serves as a direct verification of the electromagnetic geometric unification established in Time Field Theory X. Without introducing any additional assumptions or parameters, we rigorously verify that electromagnetic waves must propagate at the invariant speed c, that positive and negative charge arise naturally as topological features of the time potential, and that Maxwell’s equations are fully derivable from geometric foundations. Six unique, experimentally testable predictions are obtained: an upper bound on charge density, geometric prohibition of magnetic monopoles, weak intrinsic magnetic fields around static charges, intensity-dependent vacuum light speed, geometric asymmetry between positive and negative charge, and the elimination of electromagnetic ultraviolet divergences. This work confirms that electromagnetism is not an independent empirical theory but a direct and inevitable consequence of fundamental spacetime geometry.
