This record establishes a firmware-only method for the total reconstruction of the uplink manifold via H(f,t) predistortion*, specifically targeting the 15µs temporal jitter inherent in Starlink phase-array DSP. By transitioning from reactive AMC fallback to predictive Quantized Field Matching, the engine restores phase-coherence in 20dB rain events, reclaiming 4-8 dB of SNR without hardware modification. This identifies the atmospheric medium as a deterministic linear transfer function rather than a source of stochastic entropy.
