The growth of digital technology has transformed media communication in India and has become a powerful force for social change. In the era of Digital India, communication is no longer limited to traditional media such as newspapers, radio, and television, but extends to social media platforms, online news portals, blogs, and digital governance systems. This piece of research highlights both the positive contributions of digital media, such as empowerment and participation, as well as the challenges related to misinformation, digital divide, and ethical concerns.
