Abstract：Objective：To explore and analyze the effect of humanistic care nursing implemented before surgical patients enter the operating room. Methods：A total of 200 inpatients requiring surgery from April to October 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group（n=100）and an experimental group（n=100）. The control group received conventional nursing care，while the experimental group received enhanced humanistic care nursing interventions. The psychological state scores and nursing satisfaction differences between the two groups were compared. Results：The anxiety scores of patients in the experimental group decreased to（34.62±4.02）points，significantly lower than those in the control group（42.28±5.86）points. The nursing satisfaction rate was 96%，significantly higher than that of the control group（86%）. The differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion：Implementing humanistic care nursing before surgical patients enter the operating room has a definite effect，improving patients' negative emotions and enhancing nursing satisfaction.
