Abstract:Evidence-Based Nursing (EBN),as a new nursing model integrating the best research evidence, clinical professional experience and individual patient needs, has become the core support for promoting the improvement of clinical nursing quality and standardizing nursing practice behaviors, and also a key direction for the transformation of nursing education towards professionalism and scientification. Nursing practice is a core link for nursing students to connect classroom theoretical knowledge with clinical practical operations. The traditional experience-based teaching model of "master-apprentice" generally has problems such as inconsistent teaching standards, disconnection between theory and practice, and insufficient cultivation of nursing students' active thinking ability, which is difficult to meet the demand of clinical nursing for high-quality nursing talents in the new era. Combined with relevant research on evidence-based nursing and the latest achievements in the field of clinical teaching, this paper systematically discusses the application value and practical path of evidence-based nursing in the teaching of nursing practice, deeply analyzes the obstacle factors existing in the current application process, and puts forward targeted optimization strategies. It also integrates the research conclusions on the construction of clinical nursing teaching staff and teaching management,so as to provide a practical theoretical reference and clinical practice basis for standardizing the practice teaching process, improving teaching quality, and cultivating new-era nursing talents with evidence-based thinking and comprehensive professional literacy.
