The assessment of histopathological features has evolved considerably, transitioning from traditional manual measurements to more sophisticated, technology-assisted approaches. With the advent of digital pathology, these practices have been progressively enhanced by image processing software, which offers capabilities such as segmentation, feature extraction, and data visualization. Looking forward, the role of specialists in histological evaluation remains crucial in this evolving landscape.
