Abstract:Geriatric Nursing (ISSN 3105-658X, eISSN 3105-6598, CODEN: LHABA5), an international journal co-founded by Quest Press Limited and MSFMP, has recently been officially indexed by the ICI World of Journals database, achieving simultaneous bilingual (Chinese and English) international dissemination of articles, abstracts, full-text PDFs, and references. This significant achievement marks the first time that the journal's research outputs have achieved barrier-free open access on an authoritative international platform, substantially enhancing the global visibility and academic impact of Chinese geriatric health research. Operated by Index Copernicus International of Poland, the ICI World of Journals database covers over 45,000 scientific journals from more than 150 countries and supports the synchronous release of articles, abstracts, full-text PDFs, and references in XML format, greatly enhancing the transparency and credibility of the publishing process. Adopting the gold open access (Gold OA) publishing model and complying with the CC BY 4.0 license, the journal provides permanent free access to all full-text articles. This article systematically presents the journal's basic information, core positioning, academic vision, and indexing status, aiming to provide comprehensive academic guidance for global geriatric nursing researchers and to promote the transformation of geriatric nursing toward an evidence-based, humanistic, and intelligent scientific paradigm.
