Abstract: Objective To explore the effect and satisfaction of nursing intervention on elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia. Methods 100 elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from May 2023 to July 2025 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, and the effects of different nursing methods on the prognosis of patients were discussed. Results The changes of resting heart rate, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the experimental group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After intervention, the scores of life quality of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group in the satisfaction scores of nurses' attitude, communication ability and operation proficiency (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing intervention for elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia can effectively improve patients' physiological indexes and improve their quality of life, and patients' satisfaction is higher, which is worthy of popularization and application.
