Abstract:objective: This study aims to deeply explore the application value and implementation effect of optimizing the indoor quality control process in the clinical laboratory department. By establishing strict data screening criteria, the complete quality control data of the laboratory department of our hospital from July 2024 to December 2024 was systematically collected. A self-controlled study design was adopted to conduct longitudinal comparative analyses of key quality indicators in the traditional manual quality control stage and the stage with the intelligent quality control system built into the instrument. Result: After the implementation of the quality control process optimization technology, the quality control level of the laboratory has been significantly improved. Specifically, the monthly quality control bias rate has dropped from(3.72±0.44)in the baseline period to(2.16±0.29),and the monthly out-of-control rate has decreased from(12.3±2.1)to(4.7±1.3). Meanwhile, the average daily number of quality control alerts decreased from(3.1±1.0)to(1.2±0.5),and the improvements in all indicators were statistically significant(p<0.05). The results show that the new indoor quality control technology, through functions such as automated monitoring,real-time early warning, and intelligent analysis, effectively optimizes the detection process architecture, significantly improves the quality control efficiency by approximately(specific percentage)and the accuracy of the results by approximately(specific percentage),and while reducing manual operation errors, enhances the quality management level of the laboratory.
