The present research was carried out to formulate and evaluate a wound healing cream using by aqueous extract of Catharanthus roseus, Mangifera indica and Chromoleana odorata. These plants are selected based on the therapeutic properties of anti-inflammatory, skin issues, antioxidant, and tissue regeneration, stimulating collagen synthesis, antimicrobial and wound healing activity. The study focus on formulating the cream and evaluate the physiochemical properties of cream. The cream was prepared by coconut oil, almond oil, Bee wax, emulsifying wax, glycerin and herbal plant extract. The formulated cream demonstrated suitable properties, include a pH range of 7, spread-ability was 4.3cm, No irritation for human volunteers, also easily washable and other physiochemical properties. The cream showed antibacterial activity with zone of inhibition of formulated cream 16mm against Staphylococcus aureus. The study highlight the potential of this herbal formulation as a safe, natural and effective wound healing agent, provide scientific support for the traditional use of these medicinal plants.
