This dataset contains genome annotations of Pseudomonas aeruginosa strai PaRV generated using multiple tools. The publicly available PGAP annotation is accessible at NCBI under accession number (GCA₀54552575. 1). In addition, we provide the annotations produced by RAST, and antiSMASH, which include GenBank files, FASTA sequences, summary tables, and cluster reports.
