Abstract

한 ∙ 일 양국은 중간재 교역 중심의 긴밀한 가치사슬 구조를 형성해 왔다. 2019년 일본의 수출규제 이후 국산화 논의가 확대되었으나, 핵심 소재 ∙ 부품의 대일 의존도는 여전히 높은 수준에 머물러 있다. 이러한 상황에서 양국 간 공급망 참여 구조가 기업의 가치 창출에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 실증적 검증이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 2015~2022년 국제산업연관표 (adbₘrio) 와 통계청 기업활동조사 패널자료를 결합하여 전방 ∙ 후방 및 양방향 BVC 참여도를 산출하고, 고정효과 모형을 통해 BVC 참여와 기업성과 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 2019년 일본 수출규제는 전 산업의 실질 부가가치에 유의한 부정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 전 ∙ 후방 BVC 참여 증가는 부가가치에 음의 효과를 보였다. 반면 제조업에서 양방향 BVC 참여는 양의 유의한 효과를 나타냈다. 이는 양방향 공급망 연계 강화를 통한 고부가가치 공정 고도화와 핵심소재 다변화 정책의 필요성을 시사한다.
