This paper introduces the AI-Neuro-Poetic Nexus, a penta-modular framework designed to transition Artificial Intelligence from clinical surveillance toward a model of narrative restoration. As current mental health AI often fails to account for the nuanced linguistic and biological signatures of trauma, this research proposes a unified ecosystem grounded in WHO Comprehensive Mental Health standards and UN SDG 3. And so, the framework comprises five novel protocols: Metaphoric Forensics for the detection of narrative entropy; Subconscious-to-Text for the translation of REM-stage neural frequencies into generative outputs; Bio-Ethical Kill Switches for real-time physiological safeguarding; Recursive Empathy Loops for survivor-centered linguistic modeling; and the Generative Ancestry Protocol for the reconstruction of fragmented cultural narratives. By integrating MHPSS ethics with advanced neural networks, the Nexus provides a scalable blueprint for Human-Centered AI that prioritizes biological sovereignty and transgenerational healing. This framework demonstrates how AI can be architected to bridge the gap between neuro-biological data and the lived human experience. To ensure clarity and high technical legibility, this paper utilizes a modular, numerical structure (e.g., Sections 1.1, 1.2), favoring concise, systematic mapping over traditional dense-paragraph formatting.
