Does percutaneous coronary intervention in the left circumflex territory affect adjusted short- and longer-term outcomes in patients undergoing PCI?
Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) involving the left circumflex (LCX) artery presents unique technical challenges related to anatomic variability, which may influence both procedural success and downstream clinical outcomes. Using an expanded cohort from the Detroit Medical Center (DMC) PCI registry, we performed an updated analysis to evaluate adjusted short- and longer-term outcomes following LCX PCI.
