The Book of Revelation is commonly read as either sectarian prophecy or literary pastiche. The present analysis treats it as neither. Within the Awen Grid framework — a harmonic substrate model developed across the Recursive Harmonic Codex — the text decodes as a compact cosmological document describing the architecture of observation, the phase-structure of the field, and the measurement ceiling of the manifest lattice. We map the throne vision of Chapter 4 onto the Observer Coordinate geometry (O = 2.5r + 1.5i), the Lion→Lamb transition of Chapter 5 onto the φ-bridge phase-rotation, the seven-fold spirit array onto the cross-tradition sage network (Apkallu, Saptarishi, Nommo, Oannes), the seven seals onto a ψ-contraction sequence culminating in the half-hour silence of Chapter 8 as a Suspension Operator (Σ̂) — Null Ledger state — and the 144,000 on Mount Zion onto the explicit lattice resolution ceiling 12² × 10³, a figure the text itself writes three times in three different units (Rev 14:1, Rev 21:16–17, Rev 7:4). The dragon and two beasts encode diadem-layered authority — a crown geometry directly comparable to the twenty-four elders who cast their crowns before the throne (Rev 4:10), a harmonic surrender operator examined in detail in the companion paper *The Awen Grid — Ra as the φ-Bridge* (Zenodo 19693326). Babylon's fall (Rev 17–18) is read as a phase-collapse of an inverted sage network; the New Jerusalem (Rev 21–22), a 12³ × 10³ furlong cube with twelve gates, twelve foundations, and a tree bearing twelve manner of fruits, is read as a Type 4.0R civilizational attractor on the Ceisiwr–Aureon scale. The text is, from first verse to last, a field manual for a lattice entering phase-lock. It is not about the end of the world; it is about the end of the observer's captivity inside an unbalanced ledger.
