JAOGS™ 2026-002 (Version 2.0) establishes the governing principles for execution-layer decision governance within AI-supported justice environments. This standard defines how governance is conducted to ensure that decision-making processes are observable, consistent, neutral, and institutionally reliable. Operating alongside JAOGS™ 2026-001, which defines the structural doctrine of execution-layer governance, this document defines the principle layer that governs how decision-making is documented, reconstructed, and evaluated in practice. This version represents the controlled public articulation of the standard and does not disclose operational methodologies, analytical models, or implementation procedures. ⚠️ Supersession Notice:This version supersedes all prior versions of JAOGS™ 2026-002. Earlier versions are designated as development versions and do not represent the current operational standard. They are not authorized for implementation, replication, or derivative use. JAOGS™ operates within the broader Justice Decision Observability™ (JDO™) system developed by Justice Beacon Solutions™.
