Magnetometer survey with a cart-mounted array of Bartington Grad-01-1000L fluxgate gradiometers. The survey detected a rectilinear pattern of anomalies in the eastern portion of Field 1, representing a set of enclosure ditches plus two possible kilns and a potential ring ditch. These features are likely to be Iron Age or Roman in date and are a continuation of the settlement identified in the previous phase of works on adjacent land. Remains of a field system may also have been detected in Field 2. Medieval to post-medieval ridge and furrow was detected across the majority of the survey area.
