This paper presents the revised second version of Paper 046 in the H4/E8 octonionic framework. Building on the Fano-plane and octonion structure developed in Papers 045 and 046, this version clarifies an important correction in the electroweak sector: the CKM Cabibbo parameter lambda and the Weinberg angle thetaW must be treated as distinct physical quantities. The earlier approximation MW = MZ * sqrt (1 - lambda²) is therefore replaced by a standard electroweak correction chain based on the embedding E8 -> SU (5), the GUT-scale condition sin² (thetaW) (MGUT) = 3/8, renormalization-group evolution, the radiative correction parameter Delta r, and the Sirlin relation for the W-boson mass. The paper preserves the Fano-generation geometry, komaru dot-label analysis, exploratory mass formulae, and BSM72 mass-level predictions from the previous version, while clearly separating exact internal computational results from phenomenological and RGE-dependent physical interpretations. In particular, the corrected electroweak chain reduces the earlier W-mass discrepancy and reframes the CKM/Fano-Fibonacci sector as a flavor-mixing structure rather than a direct weak-mixing formula. The work is intended as a reproducible mathematical-physics preprint with explicit falsifiability targets for future refinement.
