This paper presents v48a, the first systematic self-audit of the PHILIA-EcoSensory Swarm series (v8–v47). Using a six-level module ablation ladder (L0–L5), we measure the null distribution of all F-test metrics (F1–F12) across 240 runs (6 levels × 2 datasets × 20 seeds × 80,000 steps), establishing empirically grounded baselines for the first time in the series. Key findings: (1) Tail coherence (F6) emerges at the phase-difference Router level (L1), confirming the Router as the minimal structural condition for coherence. (2) The Pulse Generator (PPG, L4) elevates F6 above the stability criterion (Cohen's d = 2.49–3.39, p<0.001). (3) F4 Divergence is structurally constrained near 0.02 across all levels; the original threshold of 0.35 was not attainable. (4) F7 is deferred pending v48 investigation. (5) Revised thresholds: F6 ≥ 0.71, F3 ≥ 0.95, F4 ≥ 0.025, F7 DEFERRED. All results from local machine execution.
