Cancer remains a leading global health challenge, accompanied by widespread public misunderstanding that hinders effective prevention and breeds unnecessary fear. Conventional cancer prevention strategies often focus on superficial risk avoidance and late-stage screening, failing to address the root causes of cancer development rooted in systemic bodily imbalance. Based on the 9-Keel Unified Theory, this paper constructs a comprehensive, non-clinical cancer prevention framework, taking cognitive reconstruction as the core, pathological mechanism interpretation as the basis, and population-specific targeted strategies as the implementation path. The core viewpoint of this paper is: If you do not understand cancer, you cannot begin to prevent it, nor can you effectively support its management. Cancer originates from long-term chronic inflammation and sustained imbalance between damage and repair (D > R, equivalent to TOFD > C in the acute disease framework), rather than sudden genetic mutation or unpredictable fate. By clarifying common cognitive misunderstandings about cancer, analyzing the internal environmental conditions conducive to cancer development, and refining targeted prevention strategies for different groups, this paper guides individuals to actively build a bodily internal environment that is not conducive to cancer cell survival and proliferation through daily sustainable behaviors. This paper is a theoretical research and public health education document, aiming to provide a systematic, operable and theoretically consistent guiding scheme for cancer primary prevention.
