Abstract #111 submitted to IAEA PLiM 6, Tokyo, 7-11 December 2026. LESE-NuclearQA applies the Wᵢj structural coherence framework to nuclear plant life management. Wₘin is compared against W = e⁻¹ = 0. 36788, derived analytically and not calibrated on plant data. Retrospective validation on Davis-Besse (2002): Wₘin crossed W* approximately 8 months before RPV head cavity discovery. Independent validation on Crystal River 3 (2009) and San Onofre 2&3 (2012): same result, same unmodified mapping. Combined: N=4 RED events, TPR=100%. Deployment workflow integrates into existing QA processes in less than one hour per month. Implications for SMR operational readiness discussed.
