This work is the fifth technical paper in the UNIFICATION series and proposes the strongest candidate governing equation developed thus far within the Chi Framework.Building on the structural interpretation, phase-based analysis, dynamical exploration, and formal synthesis presented in earlier papers, this work advances the framework by developing a more explicit mathematical formulation intended to describe the evolution of the Chi field.A central contribution of this paper is the proposal of a nonlinear, self-limiting, Lorentz-covariant field equation for the Chi parameter. In this formulation, χ is treated as a spacetime-dependent field whose behavior may evolve under wave-like propagation, self-amplification, and boundary-constraining effects. The paper explores how source terms or matter-coupling terms may be introduced, allowing the field equation to interact with mass-energy or structural deviations from the shared lightlike boundary. The work further develops action-based and variational formulations, including Lagrangian density and Euler–Lagrange approaches, in order to provide a more rigorous mathematical foundation for the proposed governing equation.Possible connections to spacetime curvature, cosmological structure, and amplification behavior near the shared lightlike boundary are also examined. The present work remains exploratory. No final validated governing equation is claimed, no modification to established relativity or quantum theory is proposed, and no empirical claims beyond known physics are made. The purpose of this paper is to present the strongest current mathematical candidate for a predictive or dynamical extension of the Chi Framework. This paper marks a transition from structural and interpretive analysis toward a potentially predictive formal theory and motivates continued development, testing, and refinement.
