Abstract

This Zenodo record contains the full companion material for the technical note that quantifies the kinematic Doppler correction to the scalar attractor frequency predicted by the Universal Applicable Time (UAT) and Unified Principle of Causality (UPC) frameworks. Contents dopplercalculation. py – Python script that computes the baseline frequency (inflationary drift of +0. 046 Hz/day from the 84. 4 Hz reference on 27 May 2023) and applies a relativistic Doppler correction for the motion of the Local Group towards the Great Attractor (~600 km/s). It calculates the angle between the UAT signal direction (Cancer, RA 124. 78°, Dec +7. 85°) and the velocity vector (Centaurus/Norma, RA 157. 5°, Dec –46. 0°) as 61. 3°, yielding a blueshift factor of 1. 000962. Key findings The motion of the Local Group towards the Great Attractor produces a small but measurable Doppler blueshift (factor ~1. 00096) because the source direction (Cancer) is only 61° away from the velocity vector. The corrected fundamental frequency for 10 May 2026 is ~134. 16 Hz. The empirical 172–260 Hz band is shown to be a harmonic resonance window (Ivancho factor 1. 29–1. 94) of this fundamental. Negative frequencies for early events (GW150914, GW170817) are a consequence of linear backward extrapolation of the drift and correspond to the primordial anti‑frequency (Bit 0) regime. The companion pipeline confirms that a narrow dynamic filter centred on the Doppler‑corrected frequency improves event detection over the fixed band, providing empirical support for the kinematic model.
