Multi-Asset Liquidity Networks (MALN) is a theoretical layer within the Wave Liquidity Redistribution Theory (WLRT) and WaveCounter framework. This work introduces a topological approach to high-dimensional liquidity systems, modeling them as directed networks with propagating fragility, non-local node states, route-dependent transitions, and spectral stability structure. The document defines the canonical starting framework (v1.0) for further mathematical formalization and integration with WLRT. Key statement:Fragility = distance to inadmissibility in a topological liquidity system
Petr Popov (Mon,) studied this question.
