This preprint introduces the Automated Self-Regulation (ASR) temporal arc, a four-level developmental model of self-regulation framed not by capacity alone, but by the temporal location of regulation relative to consequence. The paper proposes a progression from regulation after collapse to embedded real-time regulation before the event fully manifests, along with five mechanisms of arc advancement. ASR is positioned as a Graskheenics contribution to regulation theory and as a developmental bridge between Tafheena, GRASCODE, and the broader Graskheenics navigation framework. The paper includes illustrative case material, theoretical comparison with existing regulation models, and a research agenda for empirical validation.
