Abstract

Pembrolizumab-induced inflammatory arthritis is an unusual rheumatic immune-related adverse event that physicians are likely to encounter as ICI use expands. Multidisciplinary management and rheumatology consultation are necessary to provide immediate treatment and avoid permanent joint damage.
