ABSTRACT Standard cosmology attributes accelerated expansion to a static cosmological constant. This study reformulates dark energy through an interacting vacuum scenario, modeling the acceleration not as a constant energy density, but as a dynamic entropic pressure. This pressure is transferred to the spacetime vacuum by irreversible thermodynamic processes in the cosmic matter sector. By proposing that local entropy production drives global expansion, the Z-Zero Ansatz provides a novel, observationally testable physical framework to address the Hubble tension and potential dark energy fluctuations in recent observational data.
