This institutional note establishes the current methodological status of the document published by Arbid Intelligence on Zenodo under the title El Soberano (El Soberano I). The note does not retract the original paper. It formally classifies it as a Foundational Exploratory Document — Pre-Audit Formulation within the Arbid corpus: a valid record of conceptual origin, but not a standalone institutional reference. It clarifies that El Soberano I should not be read, cited, or circulated as: financial analysis or investment recommendation market, geopolitical, or institutional prediction verified legal or factual account definitive institutional thesis audited or epistemically classified document The note introduces the corrected methodological layer developed by Arbid Intelligence, particularly through: the Institutional Transition Note (May 2026) El Soberano II / Cognitive Ladder / Sovereign Stack v1.1 These documents establish the required distinctions between: verified statements arbid inferences strategic hypotheses speculative or non-circulable material Any interpretation of the original El Soberano paper that does not incorporate these corrections is considered methodologically incomplete.
