Abstract

This is the first nationwide study of MIS-C incidence, variation, and mortality in Thailand.-MIS-C incidence peaked in 2022, following SARS-CoV-2 waves by 1-2 months.-Severe cardiac manifestations dominated, especially in ages 6-<12 years.-DIC and malignancy were independently associated in-hospital mortality -Findings support cardiac-first triage and early coagulation screening
