Objective: This study aims to highlight the role of social responsibility in vocational training institutions and analyse its effectiveness by adopting its principles, which seek to integrate environmental, social, and economic issues into strategic paths and direct them toward achieving quality assurance for these institutions. Method: For this purpose, the descriptive-analytical approach was adopted, using the meta-analysis method to present and analyse the concepts, elements, and fundamentals addressing the study variables, as well as adopting a total analytical approach that explains the impact of the interaction between social responsibility practices and quality assurance objectives. Results: The study revealed a complementary relationship between social responsibility practices and the quality of vocational training, as these practices enhanced institutional credibility, improved training curricula, and stakeholder satisfaction. Achieving these results requires integrating CSR into strategies through clear policies and sustainable standards, as demonstrated by institutions with strategic gains such as improved image, effective partnerships, and long-term sustainability. Conclusion: The study recommends raising awareness, using dedicated evaluation tools, and field studies to transform Corporate Social Security (CSR) into a total development mechanism. JEL Classification: D02, M14 الهدف: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور المسؤولية الاجتماعية لمؤسسات التكوين المهني وتحليل فعاليتها من خلال تبني مبادئها التي تسعى إلى دمج القضايا البيئية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية في المسارات الاستراتيجية وتوجيهها نحو تحقيق ضمان جودة هذه المؤسسات. المنهجية: ومن أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي على طريقة Méta-Analyse لعرض وتحليل المفاهيم والعناصر والأساسيات التي تتناول متغيرات الدراسة وكذا تبني مقاربة تحليلية شاملة تقوم بتفسير أثر التفاعل بين ممارسات المسؤولية الاجتماعية وأهداف ضمان الجودة. النتائج: وقد كشفت الدراسة عن علاقة تكاملية بين ممارسات المسؤولية الاجتماعية وجودة التكوين المهني، حيث عززت المصداقية المؤسسية وحسّنت البرامج التدريبية ورضا أصحاب المصلحة. يتطلب تحقيق هذه النتائج إدراج المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات في الاستراتيجيات عبر سياسات واضحة ومعايير مستدامة، على سبيل المؤسسات التي حققت مكاسب استراتيجية كتحسين الصورة والشراكات الفاعلة والاستدامة. الخلاصة: وتوصي الدراسة بتعزيز الوعي وأدوات تقييم مخصصة ودراسات ميدانية لتحويل CSR إلى آلية تنموية شاملة. تصنيف JEL: D02، M14
