Abstract
ConclusionsClinical guidelines provide a useful reference for practising clinicians.However, they are often long, not easily approachable, and therefore underused.The sample case summaries presented here and the treatment flow chart in figure 1 provide a basis for the practical implementation of current guidelines and more recent clinical trial evidence.
