In the constantly changing field of talent acquisition, this research presents a novel approach that improves job matching procedures by combining knowledge from the Big Five personality evaluation model with cutting edge resume keyword analysis. Through the utilisation of sophisticated resume parsing algorithms and the integration of the Big Five traits, the suggested algorithm seeks to provide recruiters with detailed candidate profiles, ultimately increasing the accuracy and efficiency of the hiring process. This research aims to provide organizations with a strong solution to improve their recruitment tactics through rigorous testing and validation covering many real-world recruitment scenarios across sectors and job roles. This integrated strategy seeks to promote better candidate-role alignment by matching applicant qualities to specific job requirements and corporate culture. This could lead to increased employee satisfaction, lower attrition, and improved organizational performance. This program is a major step in developing more sophisticated and inclusive hiring procedures, which will eventually foster richer worker dynamics and long-term organizational success.
