Secret Diplomacy is nothing new, and nothing unusual. Of course we are suggested, that this is all nonsense, and that the façades we see are equal to the truth. Much later then may come the truth to light: British military depots in Belgium before the WWI, the Black Hand in Serbia a tool of Serb Intel services with connections to British interests. English Agents Provocateurs inciting the Russian officers Corps against Germany, the Tsars "Uncle" (in reality cousin) as British asset. Now, after Archives have been opened, those aspects of the manipulation of Europe by Britain towards the WWI become clear. Unknown to the public is the close collaboration between MI6, CIA, powerful groups in the US and UK, with certain factions in the Russian Military, Intelligence community and the Kremlin. This paper presents documentary, technical, and circumstantial evidence suggesting a coordinated strategic realignment between the United States and Russia before and during the Ukraine conflict. Through analysis of historical strategic documents, military-to-military coordination channels established under the Cooperative Threat Reduction program, mathematical assessment of targeting patterns, and examination of current diplomatic theater, this research argues that the Ukraine war serves as a transition mechanism from the Brzezinski doctrine of Russian containment to a Friedman-Karaganov framework positioning Russia against China, with Europeparticularly Germany-as the primary strategic victim. While acknowledging the hypothesis remains partially speculative, the convergence of evidence suggests a probability of 70-80% that substantial coordination exists independent of official political narratives.
