This paper proposes a radical transition from the scalar symmetry of Einstein’s mass energy equivalence to a dynamic, non-commutative operator framework. By utilizing Rough Operator Algebra (ROA), we define mass not as an intrinsic property or a result of Higgs interaction, but as a ’topological residue’ emerging from non-commutative friction between energy waves and the prime lattice. We provide a first-principles derivation of the mass generations via Fibonacci rational approximations of the Golden Ratio. Furthermore, we establish an arithmetic tripartition of matter, classifying particles as standard, ghost (neutrinos), or dark matter based on their transcendental convergence trajectories. Our framework demonstrates that the coupling constant η ≈ 10^-22 serves as a universal safety lock against arithmetic singularities.
