This study systematically addresses two fundamental theoretical problems in the history of human thought. In the first part, we construct and demonstrate the Dao Meta-Theory. Through its axiomatic modules, we complete a rigorous theoretical definition of the Dao, directly responding to the lingering puzzle of whether the noumenon is knowable—a question left by thinkers from Plato to Kant. In the second part, we establish the Multi-Dimensional Framework Theory of Human Civilization. By adopting a Five-Dimensional Closed-Loop Model, it upgrades civilization research from fragmented historical narratives into a diagnosable and predictive scientific system, thereby fundamentally ending the paradigmatic monopoly of the Clash of Civilizations thesis and the End of History thesis at the academic level. In the third part, taking a fact-verified strategic foresight as a case study, we demonstrate the complete closed loop of the theoretical system from ontological axioms to practical application. This research aims to achieve a triple closed loop—axiomatic closure, global academic right confirmation, and real-world verification—and to establish a common ground for equal dialogue in philosophical ontology and Civilization Science.
